Isn't this site fun. So many strange people. At least there are some real diamonds in the heap and I have been so lucky to find couple. It is amusing that some people profess to be on this site to be free, easy, open and uninhibited but when push comes to shove they have more personal hang ups than a bat colony. Why would anyone wanting to meet people start profiles with things like, "if you don't >>>>> then move on". Or "I will block anyone who>>>>". Or "I do not appreciate>>>>>>". What has happened to civilized communication. If you met someone socially would you lead into a conversation with such things. I only have time now to think positive thoughts, to be with positive people and to do positive things. I think I am starting to finally grow up :) |

I would appreciate receiving thoughts from other members on the following. I am not seeking to be critical but rather to further my own understanding.
I notice people have been on this site for years claiming to be submissive and yet who very much demand dignity, respect, their own space, and who want to dictate how a relationship will work. Is is possible to do this and yet really be submissive? Or is it that some people have fantasies but the reality of actual commitment department is too much. I do understand hard limits but if one is too precious then are they submissive? Would they be better off on a regular dating website?
There are also so many people who are exactly what they say and whose followup match their profile exactly. They are genuinely submissive and want to give themselves completely and without reservation. They are fantastic and make the whole experience exciting and worthwhile. They are diamonds in the muckheap of life. I am prepared to hunt for as long as it takes to get the one (or ones) I want and then I can make quite sure they will know how much they are appreciated.
To other dominants, couples etc, keep persisting on your search. There are some great people out there.
