Anytime I have to fill out a "profile", it's sort of like going to an interview and being asked "So what can you bring to the table ..or .. what are your plans for the next three to five years". Ok so perhaps filling out a profiles is not exactly the same thing but it is a chore none the less. I don't necessarily like labels or wish to place myself into a specific "bdsm" category but for the sake of anyone who would care to view my profile, at the very least I would have to qualify myself as such: dominant, sadistic at times but never with any serious degree of brutality, I love being the verbal "abuser' but within the context of the roles we identify with as opposed to be cruel and hurtful towards someone. Punishment is not something particularly enjoy because there doesn't seem to be any gain however if punishment evokes some degree of pleasure, I suppose I could get on board with that dynamic. Not a one of us here can truly be defined in a way that says were are either 100 percent dominant or submissive because I think we all possess traits of both. Of the right situation presents itself, it might surprise us that we may find traits that we've never really identified with. I'm not a 'switch' but having stated the aforementioned, it doesn't mean that I don't have the capacity to be topped though you have to be very certain and convincing.
