I copied this from a friends journal.

Fishy pedicures are wonderful, but they are torture too, I have very tickly feet.       I will go again.

Sunburn,,,ouch,, big ouch, memo to self , never fall asleep on the decking.

They Are Back.....        Those sneaky stalking eight legged monsters.   The conkers only lasted six months and its ages til conker season.                                                               

I just love those cheesey man eating monster films,  fake body bits and fake blood all over the place.   Still makes me jump.

I hate gardening and I really really hate strimmers, they always  fall apart and tangle up.  I think a ton of concrete might be the answer to my gardening problems.

The decking in the garden is finnished it looks great,,, now I do need to attack the brambles.  

Never mind weed killer for the brambles,,,, I might get a flame thrower,, that should get rid of them.

Sunburn,,, OUCH!!!!! 

I need to put down weed killer cos the brambles are taking over.

Question?   Why after swimming do your clothes never fit?   They fitted before you went in the water but after the shower things dont fit.  Loads of talc does not help either.  Socks dont go on and as for underwear,,,, well they end up in my bag..

WHY ME??? 

In the shower tonight I heard a loud buzzing,, and no it was not something with batteries in there with me ...

It was a huge,,  yes Huge bumbelbee,, buzzing round, where it came from I have no idea.

I now have 2 squatters in my bathroom a ladybug and now the bumblebee. 

What next??

I attacked the shed with my Black and Decker, drilled holes in the bricks to hang plants on.     The shed is still standing and the plants are still attached, BUT how long will it hold?

I only had 1 hissy fit at a spider too.

Flight tickets booked, count down begins.  Prague and shopping ,,bliss.

I think that sometimes you need to to go back to the beginning to find out where things went wrong.

Maybe to begin again.

I dont know how I did it, but I did.

I found 3 bottles of wine, 1 red and 2 white hidden in the shed.

Looks like they have been there for about 2 years.

I wonder if they are alright to drink.

I had a bottle of fizzy champagne stuff in the fridge for nearly 3 years......

Looks like a nice boozy bank holiday is due.....................

Today I broke resolution 2.   lost the plot and my temper.   I really must learn to stay calm when people irritate me.  I tried to count to ten, got to 6 then chucked my squashy stress pig at a sound board, poor piggy didnt bounce.... 

New Year resolutions or in my cases revolutions.

1. TRY to be less of a Tec idiot and sort out my PC, my camera and this new blithering all singing and dancing mobile phone.

2. TRY not to lose the plot or my temper.

3. Be more forgiving especially to myself.

Ok it’s a start, but how long I will stick to them . I don’t know.

Never mind skeletons in the closet.   I moved some boxes in the bottom of a unused pantry and founds loads of spider skeletons,,,,,YUK YUK YUK.                  It was where I dumped some boxes years ago when I moved in, I wish I'd never moved them now...

A friend has left Collarme.  His friendship and crazy conversations will be missed.    A safe journey where ever you go. 

Why?  When you take apart a hoover to put on the new rubber band, you always manage to loose 1 screw no matter how careful you are and put them somewhere safe.

Is there a gremlin that runs round pinching them when you are not looking?

Its cold,, very very cold,  now I know how a fish finger feels.

I dont think I will ever thaw out.

I hate wrapping Christmas presents.        The tape and wrapping paper seem to develop a life of its own, getting all stuck together or the paper rips.
