Have you ever felt the longing for something, so deep inside, it tends to gnaw at you, grow inside. WOOT for anyone who cares I have over the last month gone from 189 to 178! Still a long way to go for my goal, however, all good things come in time. For those of you that care...Yes I am and was overweight but with every day I'm one step closer to thin and healthy. |
