Its not difficult to master D/s intellectually. It can be hard however adjust to its emotional issues. However, I've been a Dom/Master for some time now and I don't think about it very much anymore.
I'm single, own my own home, don't drink, smoke, or take drugs.
I am looking for a nice submissive woman with whom I can share my time. I have formerly had submissives and I have had slaves. IMO a submissive is a woman who needs a Dominant man just as a slave is one who needs a Master. I can fulfill either need. I enjoy intoducing women to BDSM but I don't insist on only a single level of submission. Many women are uncertain as to their status as a sub or a slave or even a vanilla. I am not interested in true vanillas but vanillas who are curious about BDSM are probably not really vanillas anyway.
I not interested in switches or married women who want to be beaten while their husband watches. Neither am I interested in married women who want to cheat on their husbands with someone a little more exciting. I might accept a married woman if her husband consents but maybe not. I am really looking for a woman of my own.
I am not the ultimate kinkster. I don't believe in amputations, brandings, needles, knives, or feces. I like to think of myself as a sensuous or erotic Master. I deeply enjoy hard play.
The level of play I apply is determined by the characteristics of the woman. Some women I have known want only a stern voice and perhaps a swap on the fanny. A few others have insisted on being beaten with a bull whip. Whatever. My pleasure is in bringing them into their individual sub state.
I also want a woman to be interesting outside of the bedroom. I enjoy a social life that has nothing to do with BDSM.

This all seems to be working out very well. I have met a number of nice subbie women. Some were less than I had hoped for but all have been more than acceptable.
I'm currently corresponding with couple women who seem very nice. I don't understand the complaints about the site that are often posted.
The only real improvement I can think of would be better handling of geography. Most people in California are in Southern California. This means that two thirds of the posting will be from people who are too far away. It would be as if all the Pennsylvanian profiles were mixed with the New York profiles. You could find someone near Pittsburg but only by going through all those from New York City or Albany.

I've been on this site now for just about a week. I was originally interested because I saw the picture of a local woman who advertised herself as a submissive. I hesitated for a week and of course she was gone by the time I mounted a profile.
I have given up on her and started looking for other women. However most of them seem to have been traumatized by their encounters with other men they have met on this site. They all seem very wary and mistrustfull.
