your hands will be soft and clean at all times. 
your fingers will be well groomed. 
your nail color will be chosen for you.
your toes will always match your nail in color and style. 
your hands are to be naturally behind your back.
your hands with be in three stages behind your back low, medium and high.
your hands are low behind your back in the course of normal time spent with me. 
your hands are in the middle of your arced back, hands in the elbows, with your chest sticking up. 
your hands are tied and high behind your back for punishment you will not want to experience.
your hands will remain behind your back if you are not carrying or doing something for me.

IT is about ME!   Not about what you have made up in your head.  You must have the will change for the better.

Some of my other interests are pony, puppy, kitten training and play. It is up to you to communicate to me what your fantasies are? I am not a mind reader. You will clearly agree upfront to the scene with me for your personalized training and redirection. Be serious, for I am. Write about your willingness to please me or you will be ignored

Private pool, women only, must want to swim laps in supervised setting, .twenty lap minimum.  Must be able to commit to a training program.  Write training in subject line and show your interest in a sincerely written email.
