Hello. I have 2 rooms to rent in an upscale BDSM-friendly house. I'm NOT seeking participation... there's no expectations or obligations, etc - just consider this a "room for rent" ad in Craiglist, but with the understanding that there will be activity in the house that you might overhear or see, etc.
First - this profile is set up ONLY for finding a roommate or couple, etc. I/we are not seeking sexual or play partners.
Second - I am not female. I listed this as female to make sure to include anyone/everyone that may be seeking a living situation.
Third - You can be straight, gay, married, single, couple, Domme, sub, slave, switch, etc, it doesn't matter because I/my motive is not to seek sexual or D/s partners. I'm posting the ad here on CM hoping to find someone already in the lifestyle rather than find out the hard way that our activity is embarrassing or compromising to a random vanilla renter.
Third - I am a 49 yo lifestyle Dom - with a very special young sub female. There will never be any "public" sexual activity, but you may hear things through closed doors, and there also may be disciplinary events, etc.
The house comes with many perks, for instance, I am a gourmet cook, a wine (and tequila) enthusiast, a jazz musician, a humanitarian and an entrepreneur. I'm extremely "left-wing", world-conscious, artsy, intelligent and well-informed. My sub is also domestic servant, so the place is/will be immaculate, cozy and charming.
Fourth - THE HOUSE:

I'm renting 2 small rooms - that are relatively isolated on the empty side of the house. Ideally - I'd like to rent them together to one person or a couple - for a package deal of $1100/mo - plus a small fee for utilities (I cover most of the utilities).
The rooms are small (8x12), but bright and airy and have large windows that look out to the hillside (all green), and they both have skylights.
The house is an upscale cabin tucked into the hillside in Mt Washington (close to Glendale and Eagle Rock... also 6 miles from downtown, Silverlake or Pasadena). Quiet - private - but close to many things. You can get to Burbank in 10-15 mins... and Hollywood in 20-25. When there's no traffic, (late at night, etc) you can actually make it to Santa Monica in LESS than 20 minutes.
