OK, I'm here because my internet slave recommended this site. FYI: she is happily married and although we've met in RL, fate, distance and family preclude us from anything more than swapping occaisional emails. Her words are "My talents are going to waste" LOL.
Here's the scoop. I'm a 100% legit good guy, with a very high sex drive and a real passion for the intense bonding that Ds can provide. I'm a successful professional and keep my private life private. No wife, no kids, no baggage, no hangups, no BS, no dishonesty, not a player and not looking for a one night stand. Yes, I do smoke, and I am an occaisional light social only drinker.
Being a Dominant is and always will be a part of who I am, but by no means all of it. I have a wide and varied life in the vanilla world too, my work, travelling, enjoying all that SoCal has to offer etc.
I believe men are born men and women are born women and although we live in modern times there's a huge gap between primal, modern and realistic forms of "equality" today that leaves most people confused and unfullfiled. I'm a realist, men and women are both equal and very unequal depending on the context and it is our inequalities that are the spice of life. Hunters, nesters, cavemen and nurterers...those things are all alive and well inside us even if many people don't want to believe it.

Edited my profile a little today. I Re-read it after a curious message came, and I realized I wasn't very clear about probably the most important thing. I'm not, and never have been, a player so if a one night stand, just kicks, or a fling on the side is your thing...I wish you all the best but you won't find it here.
I more than welcome exchanging views, ideas, new friendships and possible long term matches but pure monogomy is expected and will be given.

After reading a few entries here, I just had to add a few observations.
First off girls, I really feel sorry for you. There are SO many posers, wannabes and generally confused Doms and Masters out there I really wonder. This is no new revelation, I think it comes with Ds as it generally attracts guys who think it's a quick and easy way to get their rocks off. So if you're new to this, please look carefully in your quest and be sure any Dom/Master deserves your gift before you give it. You should know that there's a HUGE difference between a Dominant and a self-centered a$$hole.
Second, I'm amazed at the thoughtful and introspective subs and slaves out there (you know who you are). I think along with goofy wannabe Doms Ds seems to attract incredibly smart, thoughtful and intelligent subs/slaves. Unfortunately, this means all too often, the sub is too smart for their Dom...lol. Since the biggest sex organ we have is our brain, subs in this situation are usually left too unchallenged and unfullfilled to discover all the things Ds has to offer.
Finally, Ds offers many different things to different people. It's simply a path in life, some people follow it all the way, others step on and off, still others want to pretend it doesn't exist. The one thing that is true for all those that follow it is they end up in a far different place than they started. The part many people miss is that the path itself is not important, nor whether you are following the same one as somebody else. Yours is no better or worse than anyone elses, the only thing that matters is the journey.
