Hello, I am a 27 yr old confident bbw, and would be classified as a bi-curious sub. I would like to be a traveling nurse and see the country; so I am trying to get my education in order to be able to go to college and get my bachelors degree. I currently own my own business (commercial cleaning), and it is finally easing up so that I can start to enjoy life instead of devoting my life to work. What a relief! Some of my hobbies are museums, glassblowing, flameworking, writing, painting, gardening, music, movies, and so much more. If you want to know anything else, simply ask. I'm pretty much an open book.
As far as D/s and BDSM is concerned, I am here because I am interested in learning more about this lifestyle of which I have grown to love. I have read about it online for over 6 years now, but have not acted upon it until recently. Shyness is something I am trying to overcome. I cannot express how complete I felt when I was under the control of another, and would love to be allowed to feel that again.
I am looking for understanding and REAL life experience from an EXPERIENCED Dom. I want to know where I stand in this lifestyle, and to know without a doubt why I have such a strong pull to it. Everything in my being wants this, but everything in my mind tells me its wrong to give up the independence that I have worked so hard for. I believe that in order to gain understanding, you must have experience to know if this is something you really want, or simply intriguing. I am not into games, or online relationships. I can learn quite a bit from talking, but until I can actually experience it, in person, it is all a fantasy. I am a realist, so online fantasy role-playing just won't cut it.
I am a very curious person and will generally ask you "Why?". Unfortunately, I'm finding that when I am being educated on something regarding this lifestyle from a Dom, and I ask "Why?", I get an attitude. Please know that I am not questioning your judgment, but that I am simply trying to gain knowledge. This is a learning experience; therefore, I need to ask questions.
Along with understanding this lifestyle I also want to meet people of like interests so I may gain friends who think the way I do. I am not looking to speak to someone strictly about this lifestyle, but to learn about them and gain a friend from this experience.
A couple of side notes:
1. If you are a male sub looking for a Domme, I am not who you need to be speaking to. Please pay close attention to the fact that *I* am a submissive. I will not own you, collar you, or make you my bitch. It just won't happen. Please do not even ask, my time is valuable and I would prefer you not waste it.
2. I am an intelligent woman, and expect to speak to intelligent men. I have taken the time to proofread, use proper grammar, and fill out a profile; I expect a protential Dom to do the same. Our first contact is online, and written word is your first impression. Please do not make it a bad one! Obviously, typos mean you are human, and you will probably find some in this profile, but tlkn txt is not my cup of tea.
3. I live in SW Florida and am willing to travel. I have a business, a home, and a life here. Please do not ask me to relocate after 3 e-mails. This IS an option in the future, but ONLY after I feel secure with a connection or bond we might have. I will not move next weekend to Idaho to live with someone I've emailed 3 times, and never met in real life. That is a tad unrealistic.
4. As I said before (and as you see), I am a BBW. I am losing weight, so that will not be a true statement after some time. I have been working with a personal trainer for over 5 months and have lost a significant amount of weight. My goal is to be 180 or smaller. If you prefer a woman larger than that, or want me to stay at a higher weight, please look elsewhere. I may be a submissive, but I am also an individual and have my own individual goals. Please do not ask me to abandon those goals. You will lose that battle. This is a hard limit.
Regardless of weight, I am human. Please treat me as such. I don't run around saying that some thinner woman are ugly, please show me the same respect. I may not be your preference, but being friends never hurt anyone.
5) I will not send a nude initially, so please don't ask. It will only make the conversation uncomfortable, and neither of us want that.

intelligent, well spoken, well written, educated, dominate but not
domineering, have common interests, laid back- but not lazy, fun,
successful (this does not mean financially), stern, and most of all passionate in all he does.

I was asked what my ideal Dom would be, as well as sub/slave. This was my response.
My ideal Dom is caring, considerate, and consistent in nature. He is strict and firm, but knows when to be soft and consoling. He's intelligent and well spoken, and carries himself with respect and confidence. He is strong in body and mind, and demands nothing but respect and loyalty from his sub. His punishment is given mentally with light/medium physical flares when need be.
The ideal sub/slave's main goal is to please her Master. She has self respect, standard, and morals and holds to them. She is confident but knows where her place is. She is obedient, loyal, honest, and faithful. She understands that her body, mind, and spirt belong to her Master and is diligent as to the care of all of these. Above all, her Master's wishes come first, and she is blissfully his.

Well, it has been a week since I started looking at this site again. Some good people, some bad.. but that is to be expected anywhere. Overall, everyone has been really kind and helpful. No complaints except for the fake D/doms.
I have learned so much already. Talk about overload!? I am trying to get the hang of addressing the Sirs and Madams. WellThankfully, they are being very understanding, and most will leave it up to you. I'm learning more Dom styles day by day, and am making my fair share of mistakes; however I seem to be getting the hang of it all around.
It's nice to finally socialize with people who see things similar to myself, and are open minded enough to share it with me. I've also discovered that I am very intrigued with Shibari, so I am looking into different techniques of how to do the knot work. Life is good!?
