Fifteen and a half hours of work in a row really sucks. My feet hurt, my back hurts, I was bit, kicked, spit on and yelled at. And I just remembered I forgot to text my work-wife.
Dear brain,
Please shut up so I can sleep. I only got five hours last night... and then had a long, hard day at work. We can work on homework tomorrow, considering tomorrow is the first official day of the semester. We can sleep... I promise.

I was describing my day at work... and I realized that I get beat up rather regularly at work. It was a "good day": I got hit in the face twice, headbutted in the mouth once, and two very minor bites. This excludes all of the spitting in the face that I got. I think it takes a bit of a masochist to do what I do. I love my job, however. |
