Before I thought the end result was to control at all costs. Now I'm at the point where it is about the responsibility. There is honor in taking responsibility as is there honor in giving responsibility. It is a simple choice. Lead or follow. But whatever you choose, do so with compassion, conviction and above all courage. To control without concern is cowardly and oxymoronic. To submitt from fear alone is passive-aggressive and the conflict will not reconcile itself. Each step is a journey into a 3 dimensional mirror. No matter how emotions or perceptions alter the mirror the mirror is self-evident. I accept the challenge. Do you? Thus endeth the sermon.
