Hi All!
Now that the craziness of Halloween is over, its time to plan the next craziness!
On Friday November 12th, be sure to come to East Oakland for our fundraiser! We will be offering entertainment ranging from dancers to massage, games, a costume contest (don’t throw away that Halloween creativity!), suspension art courtesy of Naturalturn, and of course a DJ and dancing.
We will also have some unique awesomeness you won’t find at most parties-
- expert knife sharpening,
- classes in leather working courtesy of calsleather
- (make your very own paddle! Unique kits and limited in number! Also collars and leashes and other stuff for sale at cost +donation)
- classes in massage (learn to give your partner a proper Swedish massage!)
- auction of art and other stuff, (including an offer of a custom made trench coat or Faire garb by Mick Magill!!)
- Baked goods by Jokercat and Tyger
Of course, this IS Sardonic Manor so the lil dungeon WILL be open after 10pm, and the large steel St Anthony’s cross will be set up either outside if dry or in the garage if it rains (of course, if you’re getting beat anyway, who cares about a lil’ rain?!)
This party is all for a good cause, all proceeds will go directly to cover the costs of treating breast cancer in one of our own- Leda Locke, diagnosed with cancer at the age of 27. My friend Leda is under 30, fetish model and fellow student at CSUEB, has been diagnosed with breast cancer, and her insurance has huge deductibles. If you have ever known anyone who had to fight cancer, you know that it in itelf is a brutal full time job. I and others want to help by holding a fundraiser or three to help. Extra donations could go to other bay area cancer victims or to a charity.
So anyone who has resources, ideas, friends in high places, please please please contact me.
Sardonic manor has been offered as a venue, and I think we could host a helluva Save-the-ta-tas party.
Some ideas floated are:
At sardonic manor, a knife-sharpening, art auction, classes from our talented fellow kinksters... Now have been contacted by some bellydancers, which would be awesome... Surlyone is willing to auction off his skills- to make a custom trench coat or Faire garb...
Other ideas... auctions, concerts, potlucks, dinners, dances, etc. Need to be low/no overhead!!!
