I much prefer to get to know people one on one rather than try and define myself in profiles but a few words here seemed appropriate. I enjoy conversation and correspondence and lengthy profiles seem to get in the way of this.

I was widowed last year. I am just starting to put my life back together. Other than that, I love my life. I have a career that I love even when it is challenging or frustrating. I have a lifestyle that allows me to travel and pursue my favorite hobbies (skiing, Mt biking, sailing, hiking and more then I want to list here). I consider myself someone who is both lucky and who has put a lot of time and energy into creating a life that makes me happy.

I don’t have a photo on my profile as there are aspects of my career that are not compatible with this part of my personal life. I have no problem sharing them once I get to know someone.

My being Dominant is something that is part of who I am. It’s not a 'lifestyle' to me - it’s just an aspect of the whole and has always been part of my life. Generally, I don’t like labels for myself or other people, I think everyone is unique and that part of getting to know someone is understanding what makes them an individual.
