SO I have seen the below disclaimer on a lot of profiles and it amazes me that they bother putting that there. It MEANS NOTHING.
You posted a profile that is public, hence all info and pics are public. They are in the public domain and available for fair use.
You can watermark your photos and claim copyright and then you could file a DCMA claim to have them removed. The disclaimer is useless and makes me think you are a lil paranoid and more then likely shouldnt be on the site.
