Ah, Autumn is in the air - I love the mornings that feel crisp and then warm into a sunny day, only to chill into the evening :)

It is interesting that many Dominants have on their profile that they are frustrated by the amount of wannabe subs out there, who are looking for cheap thrills or who top from the bottom and who constantly seek to cut through the mire and find someone genuine.

As a sub, its equally frustrating! It does seem an uphill battle to get taken seriously because so many people pertain to being submissive when they have no real concept of TPE or D/s - they just seem to think that anyone in the scene is easy!

So, if it doesn't sound too conceited, if you feel jaded and fed up of wannabes/game players or being told what the sub wants to happen, irrespective of Your needs, then do drop me a line - you may find that elusive accepting plaything :)

On one of the rare occasions I watch television, I saw something in an interview that really struck a chord - someone making the differentiation between 'want' and 'need' with regards their lifestyle.

The interviewee was a very succesful professional sportsperson. They stated that for them, success is everything and if they had not been good at that sport, they would have chosen another that they could succeed at.. to do their best was the 'need', rather than the 'want' to just do sport for sports sake...this for me, summed up my perspective in being a submissive. Its not that I dont want to be submissive, its just that I need to be submissive. (To a Dominant Female anyway)

House move next week as been delayed, (damned estate agents, what a pain) and still have the gear here looking for a new home...its going to have to go in the bin if I cant find a new home for it by tuesday.
