Pageism (med.) n. Ideal or imaginary sexual desire connected with the fervent wish for a servile or dominated relationship at the hands of an imperious woman; as a page for a royal lady.

Pageism is a trait closely associated with masochism and female domination, except that the victim of this deviation does not generally desire the physical punishment and abuse the masochist seeks. Unlike the masochist, the pageist does not need pain as a spur to sexual fulfillment. His needs are satisfied, and he is brought to a peak of sexual arousal, by the verbal commands of his mistress; and these need not be administered in an abusive manner.

Women who seek pageistic men are seldom content with sexual performances that leave them unsatisfied and without orgasm.

A great many pageistic men are also foot fetishists; it is a symbol of the subservient position they seek. The foot they worship is, figuratively, stepping upon them benignly.

Dedication to the satiation of her own desires is characteristic of the woman who enters relationships with pageistic men.

Cunnilingus is a popular sexual practice with the pageistic male. And, often, he would be quite surprised if she offered fellatio in return. A reward for the services he delivers, at least a reward he can see and feel, is not what he seeks through his endeavors.
