Youre bored with your life, unfulfilled. Youre browsing profiles, and theyre all just words and pictures to you.

But then, someone gives you an idea. They pitch to you a nonlife, a rigidly controlled existence, the same eight walls forever. And this excites you it excites you enough that you put everything you have into a small one-bedroom in a busy city centre, many hours - even days - from your home. This is it, the last of your free and willing actions.

So you ghost.

You detach from who you are, and who you knew, and move away to this tiny corner of the world.

And you reach out to this originator, asking what you do now. Well, isnt it obvious? You send them your address. They send you instructions to strip and to restrain yourself. You find it unusual, but obey regardless.

Anticipation turns into waiting. You fear that your new life might never show, and consider escaping your restraints. If you were faithful, you fear that may not be possible.

And then, the door opens. More fear fills your chest, as the figure before you seems to be too average to be the one who messaged you, those many months ago. Then she closes the door, and laughs.

As she rummages through her bag, she remarks, This one should be fun. Who were you, again?

Some things about me, just for the sake of it.

I'm the starving artist type, not fond of commitment, known for taking off without a word for weeks at a time. I find relationships difficult, emotional intimacy just doesn't come naturally to me and I'm not a fan of sex.

I change my appearance frequently, to the point that I actually own lifts and under-clothing 'fat' pads. I've never had long hair a day in my life and I may never.

And I'm clumsy.

I think an intellectual connection is quite important. I'm fond of saying "if you're just into being used, you'll start pulling double shifts in multiple jobs for the first gold digger you meet. Well, will you?" So if you're not looking to be a human ATM, I think dialogue is important.
