It has been some time since I have updated this file.

Still as follows......

So far, in life's journey....never married...no kids... family and friends keep Columbus near to my heart.

However.....on the other hand...

Forgot what the word discipline meant. Soooooooooo......
as of of 12/20/09ish..I entered a medically observed weight loss program.

At the end of 24 weeks, I've dropped over 120 lbs. Feel great. Looking to go for about 15 more.

The goal is to completely tear the body down (carefully). Then spend quality time to build it back. Looking forward to go back to the banging and clanging after the program is over.

Pain and Gain. Ahhh... It's getting the old cabana juices flowing again!

Will try and update the pics as well.
