Yes, I'm an ornery critter. I've never married and therefore never been subjected to proper training or control. I'm used to doing what I want when I want, but I've always longed to submit to a strict and authoritarian woman.

At my age I am looking mainly for a permanent relationship, but to make friends in the bdsm lifestyle would also be most welcome.

I have no difficulty meeting women in the vanilla world, but for some reason I have never had any success meeting women with the same specific personal interests as myself. Maybe I just haven't tried hard enough.

What I have written above does not mean that I am completely inexperienced in bdsm. I have had bdsm experiences within otherwise vanilla relationships, they were very rewarding, but unfortunately not sustainable.

The type of woman that I'm hoping to meet would be someone who has quiet confidence, someone whose very demeanour oozes authority. Someone who could control me just by her presence, but who would also punish/please me by means of such things as bondage......there's nothing wrong with asking that... is there?.

After all we are here (collarme) primarily to try to fulfill our own needs, if we're not then I have missed something fundamental about human nature. This does not mean that I, or anyone else here, is self-centred, we all want to share in a relationship that is rewarding to both partners. But to pretend that our reasons for being here are entirely altruistic is as disingenuous as it is ridiculous, it is also transparent.

For myself, yes, I long to fulfill my own needs, but I also long to please a dominant woman, and to share a rewarding relationship with her.

If you feel that we might get along well together please do write to me. I have many interests in everyday life, most of them of a creative nature. I have also travelled extensively, a great deal of which was within America. Consequently I have developed an affinity for the country and its people, especially of course American women. However I am not looking to relocate, I'm too old and I have a comfortable life right here. Any thoughts along those lines would only occur in really exceptional circumstances.

I look forward to hearing from any prospective partners, or new friends. Please, if you are a prospective partner, have a photo, you know what I look like, it is only fair to return the courtesy. I have read complaints on here from dominant women saying that "supposedly" submissive people asking for photos proves that they aren't really submisive at all, no it doesn't. If you are looking for someone to spend the rest of your life with I for one think that it is a perfectly reasonable request. Physical appearance isn't the most important thing, but it does matter to a certain extent, and we all know that it does.

In conclusion I would just say that yes, I am submissive, but I'm not a doormat. Yes, I am old, but I'm not a fool, please don't contact me if you have anything other than a genuine reason for doing so.
