There's no substitute for a seasoned hand.
A Time Magazine and CNN poll recently found that 80 percent of 1,015 adults surveyed believed children today are more spoiled than children of 10 or 15 years ago. Those same adults also admit to spoiling their own children. Duh! If "sacrifice" was the chief character trait of the World War II generation, then "spoiled" is the chief character trait of this generation.
How many times have I walked into a business establishment and observed some little wet-behind-the-ears munchkin using the language of a drunken sailor to yell and scream at his or her mother? More times than I can count, that's for sure. It's absolutely ridiculous! It's not even safe to be a Little League coach today. Even a quiet evening at a nice restaurant is quickly turned into an animal farm by the presence of these future delinquents. I shudder to think of life in these United States now that this undisciplined generation of narcissistic whiners is growing up.
A generation of spoiled undisciplined greedy lazy and delusional children was born in the 90's, Named ikid's not only for ipods iphones ipad's but also every second sentence starts with "I"
"I want this"
"I want that"
"I want you to buy me the new ipod"
"Im not an Ikid"
Well, I for one have had enough. If this is going to change it starts with me. I'm taking matters into my own hands!
If you're an undisciplined 20-something female who still thinks that the world ought to revolve around you (how you look, how you feel, how you're dressed, how good you look on your unemployed Emo-lamer boyfriend's arm) then bend over and get what's good for you! I'll change your perspective, you little tart!
