I've been involved with D/s for over twenty years now, and seen many changes as the D/s lifestyle has evolved, largely due to the internet.

But what should never change is that being Dominant is more than being sexual. Being Dominant is about a personality, a way of living his life, not just the play involved.
In short it is about being a Man, the kind of Man whose word means everything, and only wants to earn respect and to be trusted for who he is. Something he will never quit being willing to prove to the sub that chooses him to guide her.
