It takes time and patience to get to know one another online, whether you are the submissive or the dominant.? Remember that listening (or reading) is a major part of communication and one word answers does not qualify as communication.

3.?????Be Available:? Given that the internet allows us to connect with anyone in the world, it is important to be able to communicate on a regular basis, especially during the exploration of a possible relationship.? We all have different work or life schedules and we may even be in different time zones, but it is important to establish a time to communicate with one another.

After common lifestyle interests are discussed and initial levels of trust are established, be prepared to share photos and that does not necessarily mean nude photos.? Mutual attraction definitely is beneficial moving forward.? We live in a vanilla world and you should be prepared to discuss those topics also? unless your desire is be in chains in a dungeon for the rest of your life.? LOL

4.?????Verification:? Once it looks like a relationship could be developed, be prepared to have discussions via phone and video calls.? This is about verifying that you are real person and that you are ready to communicate at the next level.? This is NOT about having naked cyber sessions? again it is the evolution of communication and developing trust.

As note, I have even had scammers verify themselves via video calls, only to learn later that they needed money, for whatever reason you can imagine.

5.? ??Financial Situation:? It is important for both parties to understand the financial situation of the other person at a high level.? It does not mean disclosing how much money that you have in the bank.? The next step in the development of the relationship would include meeting face to face.? It is highly likely that could mean travel, which equates to dollars for one person or both.? Will the expenses associated with a face to face meeting be the responsibility of one person or shared equally?? This has to be discussed.
