stopped by an old haunt popular pub next to train station to reconnect with hometown friends while everyone was back in town for the Thanksgiving holiday. Wednesday is traditionally a popular night and it was packed. I had a few drinks at the bar enjoying seeing old friends and after a while I had to excuse myself to go to the bathroom. On my way I heard a familiar voice call out and spun my head to see my Ex, who I hadn't seen in almost 3 years, waiving me over. I detoured over to say hello and she was quickly introducing me to her table of female friends and asking catch-up questions. Am I still living in NYC? Working at? Single, relationship?
