After weighing myself this morning, I noticed that the dial displayed my weight at 170lbs.? The last time I weighed myself was at least a month ago, so I'm pleased to announce that I've lost 10lbs between then and now.? I haven't changed diet or exercised more, It's just common sense.? Results are always so much more dramatic in larger increments as opposed to minuscule changes noted every day.? Maybe I won't check the scale for another month :)
