-tour guide for nyc or if there are (any) nice beaches nearby
-are good with laundry as I dont have a washer dryer here:(
-can pick up some groceries for me occasionally
-can be a cute chauffeur if I want to go out for a drink with my girlfriends
-if you are a good cook/chef especially for healthy foods:)
