Was introduced to the BDSM dynamics almost 10 years ago by a caring and careful Mistress. Only after our BDSM dynamic dissolved due to both of us moving our individual households in completely opposite directions, I realized several important things:
1. What a beautiful dynamic we had, based on the trust we build over time.
2. How empty it feels without such a dynamic in my life.
3. How careful I have to be since this and many other sites seem to be full with fakes and wannabees.
4. That it appears there are many more Submissive people out there for only a very limited number of Dommes.
5. To never give up on the dream that a stable relationship can develop which includes a BDSM dynamic that excites both individuals.
The relationship I am looking for would start as a friendship with lots of communication to get to know each other. In my mind it would be very difficult to let go of control without trust. Trust can only be gained by getting to know each other better.
I have a rather wide array of interests and I am curious by nature to learn about new things, not only within the BDSM realm. There is a lot to learn from each other and about each other in this world.
With the recent political earthquakes, I have to also state that I am rather left leaning, due to my European upbringing.
As for the BDSM aspects, I learned over the years that with the right coaching, introductions, testing, trying, teasing and building up expectations/energy, many originally (soft?) limits can become exciting experiences. Obviously, anything illegal, animals and situations where participants cannot (or are not able to) provide consent are definitely hard limits.
I do like the teasing, mind games, being instructed how to please and follow instructions in general. To highlight a few specifics, I have enjoyed chastity situations with and without chastity devices, am very curious about CFnm dynamics and would love to expand further on pegging experiences.
The world of BDSM is a great world with many exciting aspects, which, unfortunately, is not always understood in the outside world.
