The one and only Lewbari weekend is finally coming to Europe!!

Minxtress and Tropicalrubber are very pleased to announce that for the very first time Lew Rubens will be holding his unique 3-day Shibari workshop in Europe. What?s more it will be held in the beautiful Mediterranean city of Barcelona.

This exclusive event will be held at a 19th century 4-story house in the foothills of Barcelona. Located about 15 minutes from the center, this house or ?Castle? as it is known as locally, is the perfect location for a kinky event with period furnishings, large terraces, private grounds and a commercial kitchen and bar. To top it all off a full dungeon dominates the top floor!!

This event will be held on the 5th 6th and 7th November 2010 and will sell out fast!!

The weekend will be open for a maximum of 20 couples and is strictly on a first ?paid? first ?cum? basis. Unfortunately singles do not work for rope, so bring a friend/partner/rope-slave!

The price for the weekend will be 320 Euros per couple/pair with meals, accommodation and transport at an extra cost.

The weekend will consist of three rope-filled days of demonstrations, instruction and of course the hands-on rope classes that Lew is known for. Whether you are clueless, curious or heavily into rope, bondage and Shibari this weekend is for you!

A meet and greet will be held on the Friday night with a slide show, demonstration and brief discussion by Mr. Lew Rubens himself. This will be a casual night for kinksters to meet and gear up for a weekend of rope and fun!! The Castle and its dungeons will be open throughout the evening for attendees to explore and play in.

A Fetish Dinner is also planned for Saturday the 6th promising to be an unforgettable evening of fetish fun and generally ?hanging? out with other attendees. The dinner carries an additional cost that will cover food, a selection of beverages and entertainment. Strict dress code only i.e. fetish, kinky or your very own rope creation.

Suspension points for the weekend will be in place on the premises but you must provide your own rope. Treated hemp rope can be purchased in advance but please place your order well before the event. 6mm solid braid nylon rope will work just fine as well and is much less expensive than hemp rope. No rope will be available for purchase at the venue so plan ahead or you will (not) be left hanging?

The Castle is ideal for a Fetish weekend as it is not only in a rather secluded area but also has a multitude of floors, hallways, hidden spaces and rooms for private or public play. Bondage equipment and furniture will be set up throughout the Castle to set the mood for a kinky weekend to suit a variety of tastes whether it be practicing your knots while enjoying a beer on the terrace, putting your partner in the stocks or spending some time in the dungeon.

Onsite accommodation may be available upon request at a reasonable price per room (please note that there will be shared bathrooms). Offsite accommodation can also be arranged again at reasonable rates. We can also arrange airport transfers and pickup/dropoffs from nearby hotels.
