As I read profiles here I see so many people lamenting the fact they can't find anyone *real*. Yet, when presented with contact information for a local munch and invited to come out and make some friends in a public restaurant, their response is, "oh no, I could never do that."
Pssssst! Real people show up at munches, it's not the only place to meet real people, but it sure is a damn good way to spend a couple of hours being yourself with some nice accepting people where you don't have to hide who you are. |
