| Hey, my name is Juan; I am 23 years old. It is nice to meet you! I am almost done with my Associates of Science in The Recording Arts, and I will soon start working on a Bachelors Degree in The Entertainment business. I am very much into music, and anything Audio related. I Currently Manage a 25 unit apartment building, and I am looking for a second building to manage.
