(1) Am I seeking someone to live in only? Yes, eventually, but that is a radical move, and something that is best done over time.
(2) How would you be living? Most of the time you would be naked as you served, though I provide clothes for outside work and when you serve company.
(3) Would you be allowed outside employment? Preferably no.
(4) What about your family? Family is important, and no true Dom would interfere with that, or with how you want them to perceive you.
