About MistressKay
My name is Kay (Mistress Kay to some, Lady Kay to the rest of the bdsm community) and I enjoy all aspects of the BDSM lifestyle. I am a passionate woman who enjoys the traditional roles of a woman in public but when it comes to intimacy with my partner I am way too agressive to be considered anything less than Dominant.
I believe strongly in people being responsible for their own lives and this is even moreso true within the bdsm world. I love what I do but I never forget the responsibilities that go along with being a Domme.

FemDomme CBT Workshop SAT Jan. 30, 2010
I will be personally hosting a "FemDomme Sanctuary" CBT Workshop on
Saturday January 30, 2010
from 2:00pm till 4:00pm
location to be sent privately
This is a free event specifically FOR FEMDOMMES by invitation only (there is limited space so I need to know who will be coming to this event).
To receive an invitation simply email me here and include the following information:
1. Name (nick name is fine)
2. your gender & bdsm orientation (top/domme/bottom/switch)
3. if you are already a member of any Ottawa bdsm group (if so which one so I can verify who you are)
4. if you are not a member then let me know when you would be available to meet for tea before the event so I can personally get to know you.
Please keep in mind that this is a LIVE CBT hands on workshop meaning that my male volunteers will need to feel safe about having their most intimate parts handled by strangers.
These male volunteers will remain blindfolded/hooded for the full duration of the workshop so they will have no idea who is handling them at any given time. I am personally accepting full responsibility for these men and thus will be screening FemDommes to assure their safety.
Only those who receive an invitation will be allowed in for this "FemDomme Sanctuary" CBT training event.

There is nothing quite like the thrill of outdoor play - the smell of the woods, the warmth of the sun on bare skin, a soft breeze cooling your skin, and feel of the soft leather in your hand, the anticipation of exertion of movement, followed by the crack of my whip and the sensual moans from the "volunteer" tied between two trees... Some scenes really do challenge ones skills while heightening the thrill. Tease 2008 camping was all that and more. To the organizers this year "thank you" to the participants and friends "let's do it again soon". A great time was had by all (although my arms are still sore from so much exertion for too many hours on end). |

Well after taking a month off I'm back to being actively involved in the bdsm scene once more. I will be doing a live bondage demo at the BullDog pub in Kanata on Saturday June 28th at 9pm and will be doing CBT demonstrations at the exploritorium on July 4 at the TEASE 2008 bdsm camping. Food for thought - In online communications our words represent us long before we actually meet someone. I have discovered that no matter how clearly I try to write there will always be someone who will misinterpret what I am saying.
It just goes to show that no two people communicate the same way and that finding someone who is a good fit isn't only about the kink - it's how you relate in communications that defines where it can go.
For those of you who emailed me about my trip to Toronto, thank you. I have been invited to attend a few events while I am there including teaching a bondage class for a small group so it should be quite enjoyable. I am looking forward to my trip there.

I've gotten to the point where I really hate the emails that say "how are you Ma'am?" - although I am sure the sender means well, it tells me absolutely nothing about them nor does it add any value to an exchange. Let me say for the records "I am fine" Now please consider all "how are you" emails answered (I will delete any future ones since I've already answered this question here)In the future if you are going to email me - then EMAIL me, tell me about yourself, your adventures in the lifestyle, your struggles, your successes, your passions in life... really communicate with me. |

Online protocol: to use capitals or small letters.
Since I am real life only I have to admit I find the whole "capitalize" a dominants name and use small letters to denote submissive/slave status a bit silly.
For those into the whole online role playing game perhaps it has value, but when spoken in real life it doesn't exist. I think all the shortcuts taken in typing are bad enough, now we are teaching people to capitalize ?Him? or ?Her? which previously were only used in reference to God. How real are we when we have to use artificial significations to claim our status?

Just finished the sexapalooza show this weekend in Ottawa and had a blast. It was wonderful meeting so many new people who had questions or interest in bdsm related activities. Funny how after decades you begin to think there is nothing left to learn, but each new person reminds you of that initial thrill of when you discovered this all those years ago. There is always something more to learn and many times it is from newcomers! Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello - espcially those who volunteered to experience some of these activities first hand. You made my weekend truely delightful!!! |

Well after years of research and too many starts and stops - I just finished my first book. It is written for married men who are absolutely starving for intimacy because their wives are denying them sex. It has been quite the journey not only researching for this book but also in my own journey of wanting to understand men better. I am looking forward to hearing the results from this book and if it achieves the goals I have set out for it to accomplish... I can't wait! |
