If someone is a great baker and decides to set up a bakery, does the fact that he now charges for his cakes makes him less of a baker? And wouldn't it be absurd for someone to come in and say, "hi...thanks for taking all the time to learn to be a great baker and for spending your afternoon making this great cake. i'd like it for free please."
