Q. What is a 'play party'?
A. A play party is an event that allows for public BDSM scenes. Some people come to these events to play, to watch, or to just socialize with like-minded kinksters.
Q. What sort of entertainment will be at Misfits' Cabaret?
A. We're recruiting preformers to add a little bit of flare to the evening with some music and dancing. Interested in preforming at our event? Contact [https://.com/groups/37194%5D%5BSilk]. We're aiming for a mixture of burlesque, punk, and dubstep.
Q. Do I have to be a TNGB member to come to the event?
A. Nope. :p This event is open to all the kinky kids in the region. However, we will be selling memberships at the event that will allow you to come to TNGB's more exclusive venues and will get you discounts at venues we rub shoulders with. The $5 yearly membership will pay for itself even if you are semi-active in our events.
Q. I am very new to the BDSM Scene, Baltimore, the TNG crowd... Should I come?
A. We adore new folks. They make our events better and more exciting. Q. So... Can we booze it up?!
A. Alcohol is allowed for folks 21 and over. We will mark your hand with the sharpie color of your choice if you are under the drinking age. We also can't stress enough that the only drinking at our events is responsible drinking. Getting trashed at our events isn't welcome. Acting stupid because you're intoxicated is not an excuse. Drinking and driving is possibly the worst thing you can do. Come here with a plan to get home safe if you intend to drink or talk to us about maybe setting up a carpool. The event is strictly **BYOB**. Want alcohol? Bring a case. It will make you awesome. :)
Q. I'm 58. Why are you folks setting an ageist (a real word!) cap at 39?
A. TNGers like to be in a scene they can relate to eachother culturally. Normally, TNG caps are at the age of 35. However, some of us feel that a 39 year old has more culturally in common with a 27 year old than a 53 year old. We adore how welcoming and sweet the older BDSM community is and we wouldn't have a scene without them. Just, please... Refrain from being like this.
