Live In Assitant - Duties Negotiable

I am a stay at home...usually a wonderwoman. I have a need for a live in assistant due to the busy nature of my life as well as a back injury that I am soon to have surgery for. My Dominant/ husband works hard and has little time to pick up where I cant. So, yay for Me I get a house boy...or girl.
To make this easy here are my must haves, the rest we can negotiate.
1. You are accountable to Me - We negotiate and the structure is honored. period. I answer to my Husband and we all know stuff rolls down hill.
2. I will not allow drug use - I am in recovery and will not risk my life.
3. The usual requests dont steal, lie or sleep with my Husband.(unless negotiated)
4. Guests will be discussed and approved.
5. This is our home and will remain our home - We want some one here, we dont have to have someone here.
6. You need to be tolerant of the following
Pets - I have two puppies, two cats, two fish, and a trantula
Marital Disputes - I am a scorpio and He a Picses love and clash all under
one roof.
We have a child that is present every other weekend and some other times
I smoke - outside mostly sometimes in my office.
About us....
We are a 30something couple both in recovery, pagan and live an alternative lifestyle. He works 40-60 hours a week depending on heating season and new construction. We host parties weekly that are adult in nature, and go to concerts, conventions and spiritual events. We also have meetups at our home with all three of the paths we walk.
What we are offering is a spacious partially furnished room, wireless access, cable, most meals, laundry access and a ecclectic environment.
