Seeking a workout/discipline relationship.
I've thought this kind of scenario would be a lot of fun and good for myself and the submissive, and would really like to make this happen.
What I looking for is a woman who wants to lose a bit of weight. Doesn't have to be a lot, just someone who wants to get more fit. We agree on a course of action for this happening, talk about what kinds of food will be cut out of the diet, what kinds of exercise you will do and how often.
We will check in periodically (one a week, every few days?) and see how you are doing. If you did not meet your weekly goals, or failed to stay on the program in some way, there will be punishment of some sort.
What kind of punishment is negotiable. Spanking, humiliation, sexual acts are all possible, and open to hearing what you think will motivate you.
Also open to rewards for meeting your goals. Again, this is something we can talk about to see what will motivate you.
As for a bit about myself, I'm not a lifestyle player. I'm a very easy going, regular guy overall. I have a dominant part of my personality that wishes to discipline, but to do so while helping the submissive achieve something (not pain for the sake of it). I'm pretty new to all of this, and ideally would like to explore this with someone who is fairly new to it all as well so we can learn together. |
