well all the headaches and hard work for the last week have paid off a bit. i've been on vacation for the last week and had time to jump start a weight loss program. i started the 14 day weight loss jump start by jillian michaels from the biggest loser, which is basically 7 days of detoxing and cleansing and 7 days of fatburners with your meals. i quit drinking soda, and started working out on wii fit again. i weighed in at 177 which is humiliating to even put in print, but it is what it is, i weighed less than that when i was pregnant with my children. today, a week later, i weighed in at 164. so now it seems alittle more worth it. |
