I am a young, intelligent submissive seeking someone with the brains and will to understand the complicated dynamics that D/s relationships can entail. I seek a man who is experienced enough to know that kinky sex, while fun, is only one aspect of D/s, but young enough to still want to get out and do things. I know there must be someone out there who realizes that "On your knees, bitch" is not the only way to communicate with a submissive; we can communicate as equals, though our status is different.
Physically, I don't much care what you look like. I only care that you aren't so fragile that I might accidentally break you in a tickle fight. If I can beat you at arm wrestling, I will find it hard to respect your physical dominance. Also, as I alluded to earlier, I tend to prefer older men. My successful relationships thus far have been with moderately to significantly older men, though I'm willing to consider people around my age as well. At this point, I'm looking for something long-term, with the possibility of eventual marriage/kids/golden retriever etc., so if you're past that point in your life, we're probably not going to work out.
Emotionally, you need to be unattached and capable of commitment (at least eventually). When I submit to a man, I do it completely, body and soul, and I cannot stand to share that with more than one person, or tolerate him being with others. A translation, for the slower witted among you (since this has been an issue in the past): NO MARRIED MEN, PLEASE! Also, though motivation is a virtue, you need to be able to make some time for me in your life. I may not be your first priority, but I'd like to be in the top five or so, or at least not a distant contender compared to your couch and a movie by yourself. I also require that if we were in a committed relationship, you value me somewhat more than your cat or dog. I am not an object or an animal, and I expect to be respected just as much as you would like me to respect you.
As I mentioned before, I am interested in both the mental and physical aspects of D/s. Kinky sex is great, and sometimes I do crave a good beating, a slap in the face, a hand in my hair, or any number of other things. But I also need someone I can connect with on an emotional level, someone I can trust and confide in. On a very deep level, I want to serve; it makes me happiest to know that you are happy, but it requires and immense amount of trust for me to truly reveal that aspect of myself.
