well so far since i started back at the gym i have lost 3 almost 4 lbs. it is slow but things are coming along nicely. I would really like tobe dropping 2 lbs a week instead. I shallahve to see what icna do about that. On another note iam well on my way to getting my financial aide in order to go to college in january. Iam very exited about that. the frist step in getting off ODSP and tobe free is toget educated. This will also i hope help me find a suitable Dom. all in all iam very happy. if anyone has any ideas how i could get the extrapound off a week drop me aline thnx. |

Iam back at the gym in my area. In the past twoweeks i ahve lost two lbs. Not much but it is good start. Ivery much hope by this time next year ishallbe around 100lbs.

In my foolis haste to be rid of mywide bottom war drobe i agve it all alway moslty only to dsicover tha tmy wide bottom is stillwith me and alas my wardrobe is not. (LOL) Oh well abck to the gym this week and ff to therift store for soem shopping. a Girl cannot jsut live with two pairs of shorts. |

First kisses, First crushes First heart breaks. But the last coupkle od years have been soem of the best most happiest times icna rember. It is not easy to find peace with one self. But I am close to it. Iknow much lies ahead. New adventures New discovires. In the distant future a trip to japan and other palces.

Iam finding much relaxation in my trianning at the gym. It is true what they sasy when you this kind of thing for yourself you feel happier. I enjoy myselfish ness in going to the join. Ihope to revela slimmer me in the future. |

So far my Trainer and I at the gym are geting along just fine. She is pushing me during my workouts which is good. I have to keep up my cardio inbetween my ressitence trianning with her. But its going good i think. over time if i keep up this pacei be slimmer soon i hope. |

Has been to work out Three tiem this week feeling good. i feel good after a work out alittle sore legs arelittle wobbly but allin all ifeel better.

Went to my frist mini work out at the Goodlife in my area. it went well. I managed to not falloff any of the machines. I found the eliptical more fun then the treadmill.
*treadmill makes me think of hamster wheel*
Hmm Now ther is an idea for excersise machine a Giant hamster Ball for Humans.
