I'm also relatively new to the world of kink, fetish and all things BDSM. I've educated myself to some extent (with a few tips from friends to get me pointed in the right direction) through books, websites, a few demos, and whatever else I've been able to get my hands on. My hands-on experience is more than a little lacking though, and curiosity is killing me.
I don't believe that being a subbie means that I must automatically kou tou to you just because you happen to be a dom/me. I don't believe that being a subbie requires that I forfeit my voice. I'm armed with a brain and I know how to use it.
Since it has already been an issue, I will also say that I do not believe that being a subbie means that I am beneath you, below you, inequal to you, or in any way a lessor being. All it means is that my strength is in submission. And you'll have to be a pretty special person in order for me to choose to submit to you.
