I would like to start out by stating that I mean absolutely no disrespect toward anyone, I am just stating my opinion.
In the past few days, I've had more than a few people come to me and tell me "I am very well respected in the community, so?blahblahblah..." or "people respect me, and I have a lot of influence around here, so you should..."

So? What does that have to do with me? Don't get me wrong, it's great and all, but I don't give two craps about your reputation. Because frankly, when you say it like the above, it just makes you sound like the stereotypical braggy, Domly-Dom jackbutt.

It all comes down to the Golden Rule. You remember, that one we all learned in kindergarten??"Treat others the way you would like to be treated."?If for some reason you can't grab the concept, I'll explain. If you treat me kindly, and with respect, I will do the same.

However, if you come up to me and start calling me a slut, or a bad sub because I have limits, or because I stand up for myself and have opinions, then buddy, there's the door. Don't let it hit you on the way out. Or do. Whatever. I seriously don't care.
