Submission.........Webster describes it as 'The act of submitting to the power of another'. Others describe it as a way of giving all control to another. Submission......it can be a powerful word. Today I start a 16 week journey to hopefully a perfect body inside and out. I have always been in good shape and have three times been able to be in great shape. After the holidays and now ready to act on my New Years resolution, it is time to get that feeling of euphoria back. It will take hard work both in the gym and in making the precise changes in my diet, but the end result will be worth the effort. Day 1 is on and 111 to go!!!! |

Great workout again 3.35 mile run, triceps, and back feels great. I think I have found the cortex of America's problem both socially and economically, it is the word "I can't". This word is so easily said in todays society. I want a job, but I can't find one. I want to be in better shape, but I can't find the time. We need alternative fuel sources, but we can't find a solution. This country was founded and formulated on a "Can Do" attitude we as Americans need that spirt instilled once again and etch this philosophy in our psyche!
Just think can a submissive truly be great if he or she has the "I can't" attitude? Kiss my feet, I can't, even as small a factor as serving is as a submissive you must have the "Can Do" attitude it is infectious and will have a positive impact to those we serve. I live and breathe the philosophy of Can do and will do with this i serve those with 100% dedication and have tossed the word I can't out of my vocabulary! |

I feel good today not sure why, but have dropped another 4 lbs this week. I have taken a supplement called Lipofuze and it seems to be working. i now need to push into 5th gear and drop those last 12 lbs. It is hard work, but worth the blood,sweat and tears. I look forward to heading back to DC! |
