Great first week of the diet. Finished with a 3.5 mile run. Tomorrow legs and cardio, can't wait. |

Today I start a 16 week journey to hopefully a perfect body inside and out. I have always been in good shape and have three times been able to be in great shape. After the holidays and now ready to act on my New Years resolution, it is time to get that feeling of euphoria back. It will take hard work both in the gym and in making the precise changes in my diet, but the end result will be worth the effort. Day 1 is on and 111 to go!!!! |

Sitting in the airport and waiting to go to Toledo. Does it get any worse? Have chatted with some very great Dommes tonight so that had made it tolerable |

Have to say I did not think it would be this hard to find the right Domme to serve! Not sure if CM is truly a place to meet real Dominant Woman! |

Great workout again 3.35 mile run, triceps, and back feels great. I think I have found the cortex of America's problem both socially and economically, it is the word "I can't". This word is so easily said in todays society. I want a job, but I can't find one. I want to be in better shape, but I can't find the time. We need alternative fuel sources, but we can't find a solution. This country was founded and formulated on a "Can Do" attitude we as Americans need that spirt instilled once again and etch this philosophy in our psyche!
Just think can a submissive truly be great if he or she has the "I can't" attitude? Kiss my feet, I can't, even as small a factor as serving is as a submissive you must have the "Can Do" attitude it is infectious and will have a positive impact to those we serve. I live and breathe the philosophy of Can do and will do with this i serve those with 100% dedication and have tossed the word I can't out of my vocabulary! |

Killed it today chest and biceps followed by 3.25 mile run. Will end the night with the P90X Ab Ripper X |

I feel good today not sure why, but have dropped another 4 lbs this week. I have taken a supplement called Lipofuze and it seems to be working. i now need to push into 5th gear and drop those last 12 lbs. It is hard work, but worth the blood,sweat and tears. I look forward to heading back to DC! |
