If you want better men, then you have to teach them to BE better men. Or you can partner with someone to help train them to be better men.
I have a military background, member of a Black fraternity, and trained in an old school Chicago BDSM House so I have some experience in power exchanges. The Head of House in Chicago surrounded himself with people who feared him. His training program was full of intimidation and physical violence. I asked to leave the House after I witnessed his trainer beat a woman until she passed out because his Pepsi was warm. She spent 5 days in the hospital with numerous broken bones and deep bruises.
I went "off the grid" for 18 months until I was contacted by the Lady of the House that he had died. I thought someone killed him, but it was a massive heart attack. Over 500 people attended his funeral - most to confirm that he was really dead. 9 months later, I was approached by members of the House to re-train them. I tell you this because I get the response I seek from people out of respect, not fear. I don't play with people, nor do I waste my time or theirs. If a woman approaches me for training and pussy is all she has to offer - she has had bad experiences in the past; if a man approaches me for training and pussy is all he is after - it is worth my time and effort to show them BOTH that:
1. He now has a responsibility and not a right to the submissive.
2. He understands Her submission is a strength and a gift, NOT a weakness or a conquest.

9. He has the desire to capture and respect his submissive's mind, body, and soul long enough to sustain the relationship.
10. He understands that He does not own the submissive as property; instead, She is with Him as His partner
I am called a Master not because I own slaves, but because of my military and martial experiences.
