I love to lead with assertiveness, always in conjunction with respect, a balanced temperament, empathy and fairness.

I like to assume overall control of my relationships (present and future direction), It's a genuine belief that my actions can generate positive outcomes for my partner and our relationship. I can also influence my partner objectively (with sincere honesty) to make beneficial life choices.

I don't explicitly make decisions on my partner's behalf e.g. control their day-to-day routine. However, if my partner desires to relinquish control in certain aspects of their life. With considerable negotiation, I am happy to assume responsibility.

I am genuinely patient and holistically supportive. So I am not interested in and I won't demand immediate Submission.

My personal preference is to cultivate Rules, Structures and Protocols which benefit the overall relationship.
