Apparently going to the gym regularly is a very painful experience... I really should have known better, but damn am I tired of being sore constantly.
There has definitely been an improvement though... muscles are starting to show a bit of definition, and figure has trimmed down a bit. Also, using the machines that are "strictly for girls" according to the personal trainer (ie, hip abductors) has produced some wonderful increases in stamina and thrust power ;) |
