I'm a Southern belle, to one extent or another, at times, but I can also easily be one of the boys in a different mood.

I'm a writer (primarily poetry though I've been known to write just about anything you throw my way), as well as a bibliophile. My blog, <a href="XHTTPX//poeticerotica.blogspot.com>Poetic Erotica</a>, was chosen as #31 in the Top 100 Sex Bloggers of 2011 list.


Oooh, speaking of -philes, I'm also an erotophile. I love sex, I love experimentation, I love pushing my boundaries and limits and having them pushed. I'm also very picky about who I date, not to mention who I go to bed with. My 20s have come and gone, I'm done with any bit of promiscuity I had in me (to a reasonable extent - I'm no prude).


I am a submissive and a masochist - a bit of a painslut, really and I want my relationships to fully incorporate these aspects, to some extent. I find the pleasure I take in giving myself to someone else, in giving up control, in letting someone else take charge, one of the most erotic and romantic things I know, with the right person.


I also enjoy photography, making collages, online gaming, internet djing, discovering new music, going to concerts/shows/parties, the occasional night of bar-hopping or just chillin' at the local dive, movies, watching action sports, hanging with my friends and/or family, swimming, cooking, blogging, playing with photoshop, and lots of other stuff that I'm sure you can find out about on your own, if you're that interested. ;)


I'm definitely a brat. I can be fiercely independent but, at the same time, very vulnerable and often seem to be in search of approval or something akin to that.


I'm also a smoker, a joker, a midnight toker; a poet; a princess; an avid profile reader; a lover of words; a starving artist; an intellectual; a dork; a loud-mouth; a rude, sarcastic, bitch; an imp; a devil's advocate; an obsessive multitasker; easily distracted; easily absorbed in things; and eager to learn and grow.


I am kind, generous, giving, caring, and loving... almost to a fault, and fiercely loyal to the people I care about.


I am secure in who I am and what I want. I want someone to help guide me through this journey called life, to provide structure and discipline, but also to encourage me in my positive endeavours, to push me to constantly grow and learn; to help me in my quest for self-improvement, to love and cherish me, to comfort me when times are tough and sing my praises when things go well -- basically a partner, a mentor, a friend, a teacher, a guide, and much much more.
Oh, yeah, and a really wicked evil bastard. But that's long-term. Generally speaking, I just want to meet like-minded people and make new friends with, of course, the possibility for more.


I want someone who will treat me with respect and who understands that my submission or femaleness doesn't make me any less than the other person, or weaker, or my worth any less, etc. I want to make it clear that I am a card-carrying feminist, which may seem like a contradiction, but just because I like to have someone else in control in my non work/public life, just because I love to be tortured, teased, used, abused, etc, in the bedroom (and wherever else the day may take us), doesn't mean I'll put up with any truly misogynistic bs or that I'll give up the entirety of my autonomy to another person. I am NOT a slave. I am just a submissive.


I'm also quite tasty - Kake, as the case may be - devil's food or red velvet, depending on the day. grins
