Hello. I am a sub male who struggles with his place in our culture. Educated and successful I am often look at to provide leadership. I understand good leadership in theory but accept that such positions are unnatural for me. I do my best to fill the roles and opportunities provided me, but more often than not I struggle to accomplish them.
Where I am most comfortable is as an aide, a trusted subordinate, or as an assistant. Sadly though, I find few that are competent nough to deserve my respect, loyalty, or effort. Yet, I long to find such a person, to find my place.
