I'm relatively new to this, having been on the fringe for years but only coming out (not *THAT* kinda coming out) in the last 12 months or so.

I am Dominant but have been told by more than one sub that I have Master tendancies and really need a slave more than a sub. I do enjoy setting the pace and defining boundaries. Once those boundaries are established, I expect them to be respected. I believe that a sub that intentionally crosses a boundary just to show spite or attract attention is in fact failing as a sub and lacking the respect I have both earned and demand. Several subs have told me that expectation should be geared more towards a slave. Opinions are what they are; however, this is my expectation.

I enjoy pushing subs to their limits, what ever they may be. My pleasure is taken not from inflicting pain or humiliation in and of itself, but from exploring a submissive's boundaries together. Although I always take the subs stated desires into consideration, ultimately I decided what the actual level of toleration should be, go there, and no further. Usually, we both agree, but sometimes we'll stop short of what was requested, sometimes well beyond. Safe words are mandatory in the beginning but rarely needed. One of my goals is always to develop a level of trust where no safe word is ever uttered. A real cool-down & recovery is always practiced.

I demand submissives to dress appropriately at all times. In public, nondescript modest apparel is called for unless told otherwise. I prefer a sub who has been waist-trained, but am willing to work with anyone interested. BCD requires adherence to low protocol. Should we entertain, a high protocol is required unless discussed prior.

I keep a relatively small toolbag, but do use it for play and discipline when required. My personal favorites are floggers, medium paddles, canes, crops, and various clamps. I enjoy shibari, but am still "learning the ropes".
