Why did i move my funds out of US Banks? Maam, Here is the inside scoop.

The FDIC insurance that protects deposits is now $250,000. Now the small print says that the payout period is 20 years. If a bank fails or is taken over by the government, all funds in excess of $250,000 will be confiscated.  The remaining balance will be paid out over 20 years.

Take Your balance and divide by 20 = yearly cash available.

Banks are short on funds and large on losses. So why take the risk? The risk is further increased by banks purchasing US Treasury Bonds.

The current administration is forcing banks to buy Treasury Bonds to cover the deficit. China, The EU and many investors stopped purchasing US Treasury bonds so the banks and the Federal Reserve have to make up the difference, or the United States goes Bankrupt. Federal Reserve Banks are printing money to purchase US Treasury Bonds. (Now a little better then junk bonds.)  So our money is worth less every day as more dollars are printed.  Interest paid for funds on depost are nominal at best. Less then inflation. So it is important to find a good investment and only keep a small amount of cash in the bank.

MORE RULING CLASS GAMES - IRA and 401k accounts may be seized and merged into a social security like program. There is a bill in the US House of Representatives to allow the illegal seizure of private funds to cover the debt run up by the Bush and Obama administrations. The former stupid and the later Muslim. To avoid loss of purchasing power or government confiscation of funds to cover the deficit I moved the money.
