Why am I here? For that matter, why am I kinky? I suppose the easiest way of putting it is probably that I love to explore.
Beyond the obvious fact that I am passionate about rough sex, at times in a stylized context, I've discovered I find it arousing to explore limits. I find it arousing to get my partners to push their limits (or when they get me to push their limits for them). I love it when people discover they love things they never would have anticipated or push things farther than they have in the past. As long as you're creative and pay attention, there's

In terms of specifics, it's a bit tougher. Here are a few snippets: I like using rattan switches better than floggers, and synthetic floggers better than the soft leather ones. Synthetic floggers sting more. I enjoy rope, which I got
into through sailing and stayed into through bondage. I eventually got Midori's book, which everybody
seems to talk about and is good in some ways, but I have found other
books I like better. Live and learn.
I don't get age play, I
think mummification is too impractical and I'm not going to pretend
you're my pony. I'm not your doctor, and I'm not your math teacher who
caught you cheating. Isn't it time to play with the big kids?
So, to be
more specific, what do I like? Well, I certainly enjoy rough sex while
my partner is tied up. I enjoy intricate bondage and have my favourite modifications to standard Japanese ties. However, it would sort of cheapen it to say it comes down to
me saying "I'm going to tie you up, spank your ass hard and fuck you
within an inch of your life."
That certainly might happen, but it'd be
unfair and incomplete to characterize that as what's actually going on.
Bear with me as I wax quasi-philosophical, but I sort of see techniques and toys as tools to use in a more complicated quest. It's not a question of seeing how not-normal I/we can be; it's a question of exploring and pursuing the things that bring us pleasure and seeing where they go, regardless of their kinky or vanilla status. It's just by chance most of them are kinky. :-)
