Working on my life and getting to the place where I want to be (although, I think that applies to most).
. I think I have reasonable expectations when it comes to the D/s lifestyle specifically and life in general. My tastes may seem to be strange and I'll be the first person to admit that, but I'm not apologetic for wanting that in my life. It's part of what I bring and what I have to offer; that, clarity and warmth among many others.
I enjoy bondage a great deal, I love to do the struggling thing, and I hope you do as well
. Yes, there is compromise when it comes to just dealing with certain basic realities of my life and yours. I'm not going to get exactly what I want, chances are you aren't either. There's going to be times when you going to have to just tolerate my occasional not so fun for you whims, and there are going to be times when I'm feeling purely generous and I want to make sure your whims are taken care of as well.

Well, yesterday marked the beginning of my fourth decade of kicking around the planet. On one hand, being able to say I'm in my thrities now is neat in it's own way, but on the other hand it's about as fucking surreal as it gets. |

I had a blast this weekend going camping, one over-nighter with bonus points for being worth a credit hour for my degree. Good times to be had, despite (or because of) the rather persistent rain the whole time.
On the downside, hiking in hilly country with a 60 pnd pack on my back is NO joke. I haven't been this physically exhausted in a good long while. |
